耐心资本助推现代农业发展的现实动因、功能检视与行动路径
Driving Forces,Functional Analysis,and Implementation Paths of Patient Capital in Promoting the Development of Modern Agriculture
摘要
Abstract
Agriculture constitutes the foundation of national economy.Developing modern agriculture is a crucial measure to overcome the bottlenecks constraining high-quality agricultural development and an inherent requirement for advancing rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural nation.However,due to its characteristics of high risks,long cycles,and heavy capital intensity,the development of modern agriculture faces a structural mismatch between the demand for long-term capital and the short-term orientation of existing financial supply.Patient capital,which prioritizes long-term returns and possesses a high tolerance to risks,offers a novel solution to the dilemma of financial supply in modern agriculture.Patient capital can provide"new capital,""new drivers,""new leverage,"and"new safeguards"for the development of modern agriculture.It can bridge funding gaps,promote agricultural technological innovation,establish risk-sharing mechanisms,and facilitate the sustainable development of agriculture.In light of the multiple functions of patient capital in the development of modern agriculture,it is recommended to promote coordinated advancement across four dimensions:strengthening top-level design,improving market mechanisms,building risk-sharing systems,and optimizing benefit-sharing arrangements.These measures together constitute a four-pronged action framework to guide patient capital in serving the development of modern agriculture,thereby promoting high-quality agricultural development,advancing agricultural and rural modernization,and fostering comprehensive rural revitalization.关键词
