农民专业合作社治理规范水平对其综合绩效的影响研究
The Impact of Governance Standards on the Comprehensive Performance of Farmer Professional Cooperatives:

Abstract
Farmer Professional Cooperatives(FPCs)are critical market entities in rural areas.Clarifying the impact of their governance standards on their performance is crucial for FPCs'high-quality development and comprehensive rural revitalization.By examining the relationship between FPCs'governance standards and performance,this study constructs a system for evaluating them.Using field survey data from 111 FPCs in Wuhu City and employing a multiple linear regression model,the research explores the impact of their governance standards on their performance.Key findings include:(1)The level of governance standards exerts a significant positive effect on performance.(2)Organizational structure standards,profit distribution standards,and production-service operation standards significantly enhance economic,social,ecological,and comprehensive performance,on which democratic management standards show no significant impact.(3)Brand building partially mediates the relationship between governance standards and cooperative performance.These empirical findings demonstrate good robustness.Therefore,government departments should optimize external environments by improving legal frameworks and guiding cooperatives in standardized operation,effective management,and brand building.Meanwhile,cooperatives should improve their financial management systems,democratic decision-making mechanisms,profit distribution rules,and effective supervision mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.These efforts will jointly promote FPCs'risk resilience and sustainable development,and improve their comprehensive performance.关键词
