Possibility and Feasibility:A Study of the Rural Public Security Community Based on the"Fengqiao Experience"in the New Era

Abstract
Public security serves as a vital safeguard for the stability of national and regional societies.Rural public security,as the foundation and frontline of public security at the community level,represents a crucial basis for fortifying the roots of national governance and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.Drawing on the theoretical perspective of the"state-society"relationship,this study constructs an analytical framework of"institution-power-technology,"and conducts a qualitative analysis of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era.It proposes the construction of a rural public security community,the optimization of governance structures,and the consolidation of the foundation for building peaceful rural areas.The formation of such a community depends on the effective integration of formal institutions and informal norms,the coordinated interaction between state power and social capital,and the deep integration of information technology and security practices.The development of this community goes beyond traditional policing approaches and promotes a shift in governance from"passive response"to"proactive prevention."This process activates endogenous driving forces for rural security to achieve"socialization of security and securitization of society",thereby advancing peaceful rural development and effectively addressing emerging social risks in rural revitalization.关键词
