基于络病学说探讨虫类药在糖尿病肾脏病中的应用
Overview of the Application of Insect-Based Medicines in Diabetic Nephropathy Based on the Theory of Collateral Epidemiology
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing incidence of diabetes mellitus,the prevalence of diabetic nephropathy has also been rising,becoming one of the main causes of chronic renal failure and a common public health challenge for all man-kind.In recent years,some physicians have explored the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy from aspects such as kidney deficiency,abdominal masses obstructing the collaterals,toxic damage to the kidney collaterals,and stagna-tion of the pores,providing new directions for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Insect-based drugs have the effects of dispelling blood stasis and resolving masses,clearing wind and removing obstructions,and nourish-ing and unblocking the collaterals.Their penetrating nature and collateral-unblocking function play a comprehensive role in the diagnosis and treatment of collateral diseases in diabetic nephropathy,addressing both the symptoms and the root cause.This article reviews and analyzes relevant literature from the past five years,summarizing the connec-tion between collaterals and renal micro-vessels,the pathogenesis of collateral diseases in diabetic nephropathy,and the mechanisms,pathways,and targets of insect-based drugs in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,broadening the ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and medication of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
