基于伏阳理论探讨线粒体功能障碍在糖尿病肾脏病中的作用机制
Exploring the Mechanism of Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Diabetic Kidney Disease based on the Fuyang Theory

Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a major and serious microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,and its core pathologic mechanism is closely related to mitochondrial dysfunction induced by high glucose.Based on the theory of"Fuyang"in traditional Chinese medicine,this article explains the core mechanism of"Fuyang"in DKD.By describing the mechanism of mitochondrial dysfunction in DKD and the correlation between the pathological damage caused by mitochondrial dysfunction,including reduced energy supply,increased oxidative stress,inflammation and accelerated renal fibrosis,and the underlying mechanism of Fuyang,it is argued that mitochondrial dysfunction is the microscopic manifestation of Fuyang,and that mitochondrial dysfunction is a key factor in the development of DKD.It is argued that mitochondrial dysfunction is the microscopic manifestation of"Fuyang",and the scientific connotation of the theory of"Fuyang"is further elucidated.According to the different phases of"Fuyang",the treatments of tonifying the spleen and kidney,relieving depression and clearing phlegm,and resolving blood stasis and eliminating symptoms are proposed,to provide theoretical references and therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of DKD by traditional Chinese medicine.We hope to provide theoretical references and therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of DKD in Chinese medicine.关键词
