Abstract
The advent of PARP polymerase(PARP)inhibitors(PARPi)has fundamentally changed the treatment landscape for ovarian cancer,offering a new direction for maintenance therapy.However,the accompanying hemato-logic toxicity severely impacts patient adherence,with anemia being the most common symptom.Recent research into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of ovarian cancer has revealed a high degree of compatibility between the TCM theory of"kidney generates marrow,marrow generates blood"and the treatment of anemia induced by PARP inhibitors in ovarian cancer maintenance therapy.This article elucidates the TCM theory of"kidney generates mar-row,marrow generates blood"and its scientific explanation in modern medicine.It analyzes the pathogenesis of anemia induced by PARP inhibitors in ovarian cancer maintenance therapy based on this theory,analyzes the clinical efficacy of the"tonifying the kidney and spleen,replenishing essence and blood"method in treating anemia induced by PARP inhibitors in ovarian cancer maintenance therapy,explores a scientific treatment plan that leverages the characteristics and advantages of TCM,and further provides a theoretical basis for TCM research on anemia induced by PARP inhibi-tors in ovarian cancer maintenance therapy.关键词
