Differential Treatment Strategies for Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Sleep Disorders Based on Blood Stasis Theory

Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine,coronary heart disease combined with sleep disorders can be regarded as a combination of"chest impediment"and"insomnia".This disease is based on the fundamental pathogenesis of"de-ficiency in the root and excess in the branch",with blood stasis obstruction as the core pathogenic factor.On the basis of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,according to the different natures of the pathogenic factors,treatment methods such as regulating qi,dispelling cold,clearing heat,eliminating phlegm,tonifying qi and benefit-ing the kidney are combined.Drugs are selected through syndrome differentiation to achieve a balance between defi-ciency and excess,and treat both symptoms and root causes.When qi,blood,Yin and Yang are in harmony,the spirit is internally controlled and the mind is at peace.This article,by integrating traditional Chinese medical classics and case analysis,systematically expounds the pathological characteristics of six types of blood stasis syndromes and their influence on chest impediment-combined with insomnia,and proposes differentiated treatment strategies,with the aim of providing new ideas and methods for clinical practice.关键词
