基于《黄帝内经》五脏风理论探讨汗证的论治
Discussion on the Treatment of Sweating Syndrome Based on the Five Visceral Wind Theory in the"Huangdi Neijing"
摘要
Abstract
Sweating Disease refers to a clinical condition characterized by genelized or localized abnormal sweating due to imbalance of Yin-Yang and insecure in terstices.Its core pathogenesis arises from internal and external Wind-Evilra dist urbing the body,leading to Yin-Yang imbalance and disordered distribution/excretion functions of Body Fluids.The etiology and pathogenesis of Sweating Disease are complex,with many scholars focusing on pathologi-cal factors such as"Qideficiency,Yin deficiency,and damp-heat"in their diagnosis and treatment.Five Zang Wind describes a series of symptoms caused by Wind Evil invading the Five Zang organs,resulting in the imbalance of yin andyang.This paper explores the"Five Zang Wind"theory in Huangdi Neijing to uncover the intrinsic link between Five Zang Wind and Sweating Disease.It identifies that sweating induced by Five Zang Wind involves dual patho-logicalmechanisms:"internal retention of Wind Evil"and"imbalance of Yin and Yang of Five Zang".Clinically,such sweating demonstrates distinct temporal rhythms and constitutional susceptibilities.Innovatively,this study proposes aetiological treatment principles of"harmonizing Yin-Yang and regulating Wind qi"for Sweating Disease caused by Five Zang Wind.The goal is to integrate upstream aetiology,downstream diagnosis and treatment,and preventive care into aholistic therapeutic approach,thereby enhancing clinical efficacy.关键词
