The Significance of the"Tianren Heyi"Concept in the"Huangdi Neijing"for the Prevention and Treatment of Infertility
摘要
Abstract
As the cornerstone of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the thought of"unity of heaven and man"in The Inner Canon of Huangdi profoundly reveals the intrinsic unity between human and nature,em phasizing that essence is the foundation of life and that only with the harmony of yin and yang can one conceive a child.In this context,the relationship between"heaven"and infertility is primarily reflected in the influence of natural cli-matic factors and ecological environmental changes on reproductive function.In addition,factors such as deficiency of qi and blood in the zang-fu organs,disharmony between male and female during intercourse,and emotional discord be-tween spouses are also important pathogenesis of infertility.The prevention and treatment of infertility should follow the principle of"prevention before disease onset,"advocating timely marriage and childbirth and a healthy lifestyle.Once gynecological diseases occur,they should be diagnosed and treated early to prevent transmission and deterioration.Af-ter conception,active measures should be taken to prevent miscarriage,and postpartum care should be emphasized to avoid recurrence of chronic conditions.Only by conforming to natural changes and harmonizing yin and yang can one achieve the goal of"correspondence between heaven and man,and thus have a child.关键词
