理筋正骨手法联合氟比洛芬贴膏治疗轻中度肩袖损伤疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Tendon-regulating and Bone-setting Manipulation Combined with Flurbipro-fen Gel Patch in Treatment of Mild or Moderate Rotator Cuff Injuries

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and biomechanical mechanisms of tendon-regulating and bone-setting manipula-tion combined with flurbiprofen gel patch in the treatment of mild or moderate rotator cuff injuries.Methods Sixty patients with rotator cuff injuries were randomly divided into observation group(tendon-regulating and bone-setting manipulation combined with flurbiprofen gel patch)and control group(extracorporeal shockwave therapy combined with flurbiprofen gel patch),with 31 pa-tients in each group,while finally 30 patients in each group completed the trial.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were com-pared in terms of the changes in Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,range of motion(ROM)of the abduction and extorsion of shoulder joint,peak torque(PT)from isokinetic strength test,and Constant-Murley score(CMS)for shoulder joint function.Results After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in VAS score,CMS,ROM of the shoulder joint,and PT values of abduction-re-traction and extorsion-intorsion of the shoulder joint(P＜0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group had sig-nificantly greater improvements and a significantly better treatment outcome(P＜0.05).Conclusion In patients with mild or moderate rotator cuff injuries,tendon-regulating and bone-setting manipulation combined with flurbiprofen gel patch can effectively alleviate pain symptoms,improve ROM of the shoulder joint,enhance muscle strength,and promote functional recovery of the shoulder joint in a synergistic way,and therefore,it can be used as a conservative treatment regimen for mild or moderate rotator cuff injuries.关键词
