植物乳杆菌和纤维素酶对杂交象草青贮细菌群落结构及发酵品质的影响
Effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and cellulase on the microbial community structure and fermentation quality of hybrid Napier grass

Abstract
This study used hybrid Napier grass[(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)×P.purpureum]as experimental material to examine the effects of local Lactobacillus plantarum 149(LP149),Acremonium cellulase(AC),and commercial Lactobacillus plantarum(LP)on the microbial community structure and fermentation quality of hybrid Napier grass during silage production.The results showed that all three additives contributed to significant improvements in the quality of the fermented silage(P<0.05),particularly during the latter stage of ensiling(60 days),reducing pH and the contents of ammonia nitrogen(AN),propionic acid,neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF),whilst promoting increases in dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC)contents.Notably,compared with the control group,reductions of 57.41%and 6.02%were noted in the contents of propionic acid and butyric acid,respectively,in the LP149 treatment group,whereas the contents of CP and WSC increased by 14.14%and 31.56%,respectively.Next-generation sequencing revealed that during the early ensiling phase(1-14 days),compared with the control group,there were increases in the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in both the LP and LP149 treatment groups,along with corresponding reductions in the relative abundances of Weissella,Klebsiella,and Acinetobacter.During the latter stage of silage production(60 days),the relative abundance of Lactobacillus was highest in the LP treatment group,reaching 60.80%,whereas that of Weissella was highest in the AC treatment group at 13.45%.These findings indicate that the application of indigenous Lactobacillus plantarum 149 and Acremonium cellulase additives during the ensilation of hybrid Napier grass can contribute to optimizing microbial community structure and enhance silage quality.关键词
