科技金融试点政策如何促进中小企业专精特新发展
How do the Pilot Policies of Science and Technology Finance Promote the Specialized,Refined,Distinctive,and Innovative Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises?

Abstract
Based on the samples of listed companies on the SME board and the Growth Enter-prise Market from 2007 to 2022,a Difference-in-Differences(DID)model is adopted to explore the impact,mechanism of action and heterogeneity of the pilot policy of science and technology fi-nance on the specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative(SRDI)development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).Research has found that the pilot policies have significantly promoted the SRDI development of SMEs.Mechanism analysis indicates that the pilot policies mainly promote the SRDI development of SMEs through credit transfusion,capital empowerment and ecological co-construction mechanisms,respectively alleviating financing constraints,acceler-ating technological innovation and strengthening the support of talent elements.Thus,policy suggestions are proposed for promoting the pilot experience and further improving the science and technology finance policies.关键词
