Global Governance Initiative:Its generative logic,strategic orientation,and practical pathways

Abstract
The contemporary world is undergoing profound transformations unseen in a century,as nations become increasingly interdependent and interconnected.Yet,while the deep changes brought by economic globalization,political multipolarization,cultural diversification,and technological industrialization are reshaping the global order,they have also triggered a series of highly interconnected and high-risk challenges,including the resurgence of anti-globalization,escalating regional conflicts,and severe environmental degradation.Against this backdrop,China's Global Governance Initiative offers a clear pathway and a distinctive Chinese solution to address governance crises and build a shared consensus on human development.From the perspective of its generative logic,the initiative represents the Chinese Communists'theoretical expansion of Marxist state governance principles,a reflective response to the dysfunction of the existing global governance system,and an expression of China's sense of responsibility as a major power.In terms of its strategic orientation,the initiative stands as a pillar of civilization that safeguards multilateralism,a practical key to resolving neoliberal dilemmas,and a hopeful seed for advancing the building of a community with a shared future for humankind.Practically,the initiative seeks to promote institutionalized,coordinated,resilient,and digital governance-thus enhancing the institutionalization of global governance modes,ensuring the diversification of governance actors,accommodating the growing complexity of governance content,and advancing the intelligentization of governance processes.In essence,the Global Governance Initiative represents a new model of international governance that transcends borders,ethnicities,and ideologies.Bridging history and contemporary realities,it reveals that the true path to human development lies in equality and sincere cooperative dialogue,offering a fresh theoretical paradigm to overcome the dual crises of"theory"and"practice"in global governance.关键词
