Abstract
Embracing this new cultural mission entails profound theoretical logic,value logic,and practical logic.The value logic embodies the enhancement of the modern civilization dissemination capacity of the Chinese nation as an important force to en-hance the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation in the new era,provide powerful spirit for China's modernization with Chinese characteristics,and enhance China's international discourse power.The practical logic embodies the leadership of the"double innovation"spirit in the"double innovation"development of traditional culture,high-quality cultural industrial development and digital development,continuously promoting the dissemination of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and enhancing the influence of the dissemination capacity of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.关键词
