松花江流域耕地与沼泽湿地时空变化特征研究
Study on spatiotemporal variation characteristics of cultivated land and marsh wetlands in the Songhua River Basin

Abstract
The Songhua River Basin is a major grain production base in China.Investigating land use change within the basin is of great significance for ensuring national food security and protecting the natural environment.Based on multi-temporal remote sensing data and land use transition matrix analysis,this study reveals spatiotemporal characteristics of land use change in the Songhua River Basin.The basin is dominated by forest land and cultivated land,exhibiting an overall pattern of continuous expansion in cultivated land and urban-industrial-mining land,accompanied by widespread declines in other land-use categories,with forest land and grassland decreasing most significantly.Before 2015,cultivated land area increased continuously mainly at the expense of forest and grassland;after 2015,it tended to stabilize,with the reduced cultivated land mostly converted to urban-industrial-mining land.Marsh wetlands recovered somewhat during 2010-2015 and remained stable thereafter,and their area loss was mainly attributed to conversion to cultivated land through reclamation and natural degradation.This study elucidates the dynamic processes and primary driving forces of land use change in the basin,providing a scientific basis for coordinating food production,ecological conservation,and sustainable territorial spatial development.关键词
