Coordinated Control Strategy for Integrated Energy System Considering Adverse Dust Weather Conditions

Abstract
Under the adverse dust weather in northwest China,the wind-photovoltaic(PV)-thermal-storage integrated systems face challenges like intensified PV shielding,turbine degradation and extreme wind disturbances.To address the conflict between volatile renewable generation and grid peak-shaving demands,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy considering dust impacts.Firstly,comprehensively considering the meteorological numerical forecasts,equipment degradation mechanisms and measured data,a non-linear attenuation model for wind/PV output is constructed.A joint scenario generation method is applied to characterize the spatial-temporal correlations of dust,wind and irradiance.Secondly,a rolling-horizon control framework containing energy storage station charging/discharging strategies is established.By leveraging the synergy between storage flexibility and thermal peak-shaving,the weather-induced fluctuations are suppressed.Case studies confirm that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce load curtailment and enhances system robustness under compound disturbances,offering theoretical support for high-penetration renewable grids against meteorological risks.关键词
