Abstract
Objective:Based on the principle of triangular anastomosis,the three-edge eversion triangular end-to-end anastomo-sis technique was innovatively applied in laparoscopic radical resection of sigmoid colon cancer,its short-term effects were observed and analyzed,and its application value in digestive tract reconstruction was evaluated.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 43 patients with sigmoid colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical sigmoidectomy and received triple-everting triangular end-to-end anastomosis from May 2022 to Oct.2024.The time of first postoperative flatus and postoperative hospital stay were used as the main indicators of short-term efficacy,and the occurrence of complications and unplanned secondary surgeries within 6 months after surgery were used as supplementary evidence for prognosis.In addition,the operation time,anastomosis and reconstruction time,intraoperative blood loss,and incision length were observed and recorded.Results:All surgeries were successfully completed with-out conversion to open surgery or perioperative mortality.The average operative time was(123.4±12.8)min,mean anastomosis and reconstruction time was(16.5±9.1)min,average intraoperative blood loss was(31.8±11.3)mL,and mean postoperative hospital stay was(8.2±0.7)d.There were no unplanned secondary surgeries,and no severe complications such as anastomotic leakage occurred within 6 months after surgery.One patient developed incisional infection,which was followed by incisional hernia.Conclusions:Triple-everting triangular end-to-end anastomosis is safe and effective in laparoscopic radical sigmoidectomy,and is worthy of clinical promo-tion.关键词
