Optimal Scheduling of Guaranteed Resources for Post-disaster Distribution Network Considering UAV Communication Coordination

Abstract
In response to the multiple challenges such as communication disruption,traffic obstruction and resource scheduling difficulties that occur during the emergency power supply restoration process of the power system due to extreme disasters,this paper proposes a method for post-disaster resource optimization scheduling and power supply restoration based on the coupling of power-communication-traffic three networks.Firstly,considering the information islands and traffic bottlenecks formed by the coupled failure of the three systems of power,communication and traffic after the disaster,which makes it difficult for mobile power supply resources to be delivered quickly and accurately,a swarm of drones equipped with communication modules is utilized to rapidly restore the communication connection between the control center and the on-site distribution terminals.Moreover,the state of distribution network equipment and road traffic information are perceived through the image recognition function of the drones,and quantified as dynamic passage costs.Secondly,by generating a distribution-traffic coupling topology graph and constructing a unified spatial model for post-disaster resource collaborative scheduling,the Dijkstra algorithm is adopted based on this model to plan the shortest path,achieving a dual-objective optimization scheduling with the goals of minimizing weighted passage time and maximizing the net benefit of post-disaster recovery.Through post-disaster case analysis of the improved PG&E distribution network,the multi-scenario test and comparison results show that the proposed method can effectively achieve the coordinated recovery of communication,power and traffic,and support the efficient multi-period scheduling of flexible resources.关键词
