Abstract
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training based on feed-forward control(FFC)theory in post-stroke hemiplegia patients,and to provide reference for the development of rehabilitation measures.Methods The clinical data of 86 post-stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan.2023 to Dec.2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into routine rehabilitation group(n=44)and FFC rehabilitation group(n=42)according to different rehabilitation training programs,and received routine rehabilitation training and comprehensive rehabilitation training based on FFC theory on the basis of routine rehabilitation training,respectively.After 3 months of intervention,rehabilitation effect,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,Baker depression inventory(BDI)score,Baker anxiety inventory(BAI)score,Barthel index(BI)score,stroke impact scale(SIS)score before and after intervention,the occurrence of adverse events during the period were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of the FFC rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05).FMA scores of upper limbs,FMA scores of lower limbs,BBS scores,BI scores and SIS scores in the FFC rehabilitation group were higher than those in the routine rehabilitation group,while BAI and BDI scores were lower than those in the routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05).During rehabilitation intervention,the incidence of adverse events in the FFC rehabilitation group was lower than that in the routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training based on FFC theory can improve the rehabilitation effect of post-stroke hemiplegia patients,regulate negative psychological states,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,promote the recovery of motor function of upper and lower limbs,and improve patients'balance ability,daily living ability and quality of life.关键词
