血运重建术治疗大面积脑梗死的研究进展
Research advances in revascularization surgery for the treatment of massive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Massive cerebral infarction(MCI),a critical neurosurgical challenge,refers to extensive ischemic necrosis of brain tissue caused by occlusion of the main trunk of the middle cerebral artery or internal carotid artery.The international academic community has yet to establish unified diagnostic criteria for this condition,which accounts for approximately 10%of ischemic stroke cases and is characterized by high rates of disability and mortality.In recent years,cerebral revascularization techniques have demonstrated significant therapeutic advantages in reducing transient ischemic attack(TIA)incidence,stroke recurrence risk,and stroke-related mortality through improved cerebral perfusion in ischemic regions and activation of penumbral neuronal function.This review systematically examines research advancements in revascularization strategies for MCI,with particular emphasis on the clinical applications of direct revascularization(superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery anastomosis,STA-MCA),indirect revascularization(encephalo-duro-arterio-synangiosis,EDAS),and combined surgical approaches.关键词
