Artificial Intelligence Empowering the Green Transformation of the Economy:Theoretical Framework,Dynamic Mechanisms,Key Challenges,and Practical Approaches

Abstract
Promoting economic green transformation is essential for achieving sustainable development.As the core driving force of the new scientific and technological revolution,artificial intelligence(AI)provides an unprecedented opportunity to accelerate this transformation.This paper integrates AI and economic green transformation within a unified framework,following the logic of"theoretical foundation—driving mechanism—key issues—practical pathways".From micro(enterprise),meso(industry),and macro(regional)perspectives,this essay explores how AI empowers green transformation through new technologies,factors,industries,and drivers.In response to the critical issues faced in the empowerment process,such as data barriers,data quality challenges,high technological costs and applicability,the lack of standards,as well as employment impacts and ethical risks,this paper proposes that AI can systematically drive economic green transformation through pathways including innovation-driven development,coordinated development,green leadership,open integration,and shared prosperity.This transformation spans from reshaping the production side to optimizing the distribution side.The study aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the deep integration and high-quality develop-ment of AI and economic green transformation.关键词
