基于血栓弹力图动态监测依达拉奉右莰醇对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效
Efficacy of edaravone dexborneol in patients with acute ischemic stroke based on dynamic thromboelastography monitoring

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of edaravone dexborneol on coagulation function and neurological recovery in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)based on dynamic monitoring via thromboelastography(TEG).Methods A total of 118 patients with AIS who were admitted to Puyang People's Hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were enrolled.They were randomly assigned using a random number table into two groups.The control group received conventional comprehensive therapy,while the observation group was administered an additional concentrated solution for injection of edaravone dexborneol based on the conventional treatment.TEG parameters were dynamically monitored at baseline and subsequently at 1 hour,12 hours,7 days,and 14 days post-treatment.Coagulation function was assessed,and comparisons were made between the two groups regarding the NIHSS score,mRS score,and BI before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse events was recorded.Results After treatment,the R,K,and APTT values of both groups increased compared to those before treatment,while the α angle,MA,CI values,FIB,and NIHSS scores decreased compared to those before treatment.The changes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of patients with mRS score≤2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with BI≥60 was also significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The differences in TEG indicators before and after treatment in the observation group were statistically significant.The R and K values continued to increase with the prolongation of treatment time,while the α angle,MA,and CI values continued to decrease with the prolongation of treatment time(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone dexborneol can effectively ameliorate coagulation dysfunction in patients with AIS,promote the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of activities of daily living,with favorable safety profile.Dynamic monitoring of TEG can effectively reflect the changes in therapeutic efficacy during the treatment,which provides a reliable basis for the objective evaluation of its clinical therapeutic effect.关键词
