基于多元统计的反相破乳剂构效分析
Constituent-activity analysis of reverse demulsifiers based on multivariate statistics

Abstract
The oil-water separation performance and macroscopic characteristics of 10 typical reverse demulsifiers were systematically evaluated by multivariate statistical methods.By comprehensively applying physicochemical characterization and correlation analysis,grey relational analysis,and principal component analysis,the structure-activity relationship between the macroscopic characteristic parameters of reverse demulsifiers and their oil removal efficiency was established.The results indicated that different reverse demulsifiers exhibited significantly different demulsification efficiencies,with viscosity and the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons being the key control factors.The comparative experiments of oil removal by reverse demulsifiers with controlled aliphatic hydrocarbon content confirmed that an increase in the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons could significantly promote the oil removal rate.This paper provided a design basis for the targeted synthesis of highly efficient reverse demulsifiers and offered significant engineering implications for optimizing crude oil extraction liquid treatment processes.关键词
