Abstract
Based on the pilot work for deepening agricultural water rights reform,taking the pilot area Liuhe District of Nanjing as an example,this paper puts forward the reform foundation and existing problems,and carries out exploration and practice in such aspects as agricultural water rights confirmation and quantification,precise measurement,water use control,policy formulation,and transaction promotion,providing a reference for the water rights reform path in water-abundant regions.关键词
