Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treats infertility based on the core theoretical system of the"kidney-reproduction-stimulating essence-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus"reproductive axis,demonstrating unique advantages in regulating reproductive functions and improving the reproductive environment.Associate Chief Physician LIANG Ruojia has been engaged in clinical practice of TCM gynecology for more than 20 years,accumulating rich experience in the treatment of female infertility,especially having profound insights into the diagnosis and treatment of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction.This article selects 2 typical medical cases of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction treated by Associate Chief Physician LIANG,analyzes them from syndrome differentiation,treatment principles,prescription compatibility,and prescription modification according to symptoms.This article systematically sorts out LIANG's medication characteristics in regulating Yin and Yang,tonifying liver and kidney,and nourishing follicles and summarizes the clinical experience in treating this disease based on the reproductive axis theory,providing references for TCM treatment of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction.关键词
