摘要

Abstract

After setting measurement points on the specimen using the blind hole method,the stress values are collected by a static strain tester,and the residual stress at each measurement point on the specimen is calculated based on the principal stress and strain release coefficients.The experimental results show that an increase in the fillet weld size directly leads to a rise in the residual stress value,indicating that the fillet weld size is a key factor affecting the residual stress,with a positive correlation between the two.The welding speed directly influences the peak value of residual stress.Under the premise of ensuring welding quality,the welding speed should be increased to suppress the generation of residual stress during the welding process.When the web thickness is relatively thin,the transverse residual stress of the welded component manifests as a tension-compression mode.As the web thickness increases,the state of residual stress transitions to a tension-compression-tension mode.
