摘要
Abstract
Carbon steel/low-alloy steel-stainless steel composite plates are widely used in pressure vessels due to their excellent mechanical properties(such as strength and toughness),corrosion resistance,and outstanding economic efficiency.Taking the Q355R+S30403(UNS S30403)used in the purification crystallizer of a company's PTA project and the Q355R+N10276(Hastelloy C276)used in the tower equipment of a natural gas-to-ethylene glycol project as examples,this study analyzes the causes of corrosion perforation during operation.It also proposes optimization measures for manufacturing,inspection,maintenance processes,and corrosion prevention control to further enhance the quality level of products under production and equipment under inspection and repair.关键词
