Abstract
To improve the modulation format recognition ability and noise resistance performance of satellite communica-tion terminal systems,this paper proposes a satellite communication terminal system based on an improved neural network algorithm.This system achieves modulation format recognition and denoising processing of received signals through base-band processing modules and RF modules.The baseband processing module adopts an improved hybrid neural network algo-rithm and a gate controlled neural unit algorithm,which can effectively identify the modulation format of the received signal.The RF module adopts wavelet decomposition and adaptive threshold algorithm to achieve efficient denoising processing of the received signal.At the same time,the system also has strong anti-interference ability,which improves the overall per-formance of the satellite communication terminal system.After testing,the system achieved an accuracy of 100%in identif-ying modulation formats for wireless communication signals in an environment with an optical signal-to-noise ratio of 10 dB.At an optical signal-to-noise ratio of 30 dB,the system achieved an accuracy of 97.9%in identifying modulation formats for satellite wireless communication signals,meeting the signal reception requirements of satellite communication terminals.关键词
