Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common preventable and treatable chronic airway disease.The updated Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease 2026(GOLD 2026)focuses on early screening and dynamic precise assessment,aligning more closely with clinical practice.For the first time,it includes a dedicated chapter on artificial intelligence empowerment,providing guidance for the implementation of whole-life-cycle management of COPD.The author herein reviews the key updates in GOLD 2026,aiming to facilitate a better understanding of the rationale and direction behind the guideline revisions,thereby informing clinical practice and future research directions.关键词
