摘要

Abstract

Taking into account the structural features of the spray cooled wet steam flow standard device,the assumptions necessary for the commonly used enthalpy conservation equation in current researches is derived,and on this basis,other assumptions are introduced to introduce the kinetic energy equation,thus establishing a mathematical model for the flow parameters of the device.The model can predict the parameters of the mixed steam exiting the device under the condition that the inlet superheated steam and cooling water parameters are known.In the experimental verification conditions,the maximum relative errors of pressure,temperature,and dryness are 5.35%,2.3%,and-0.48%,respectively.When the dryness is greater than 0.9,the prediction errors of pressure and temperature are both within±2%.The prediction error increases as the dryness decreases.
