能源企业数字化转型的多维驱动因素及组态路径研究
Multidimensional Drivers and Configuration Pathways of Digital Transformation in Energy Enterprises

Abstract
Against the dual challenges of energy security and environmental protection,energy enterpri-ses achieving green and low-carbon development through digital transformation plays a critical role in steadily advancing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Taking listed energy companies as the re-search object,this paper conducts exploratory case analysis based on grounded theory,identifies the technical factors,organizational factors and environmental factors that drive the digital transformation of energy enterprises,and constructs a multi-dimensional driving theoretical model of digital transforma-tion of energy enterprises according to TOE theory.Based on this,combined with fsQCA method,the joint driving effect of multi-dimensional factors on digital transformation of energy enterprises is veri-fied.The results show that no single factor is a necessary condition for the high digital transformation level of energy enterprises,and its internal generation mainly comes from four configuration paths:envi-ronment-driven,technology-organization-driven,organization-Environment-driven and technology-envi-ronment-driven.The conclusion provides theoretical reference for energy enterprises to promote digital transformation and realize green and low-carbon development,and also provides decision-making refer-ence for government departments to formulate energy industry transformation policies and promote eco-logical civilization construction.关键词
