The Effects of Integration Mechanisms in Multi-Actor Collaborative Innovation Teams on Collaborative Innovation Performance

Abstract
This study examined multi-actor collaborative innovation teams.Drawing on grounded theo-ry,the paper identified four core constructs:resource integration,governance integration,cognitive inte-gration,and collaborative innovation performance.Using a system dynamics approach,the paper devel-oped a causal feedback model and conducted scenario-based simulations.The results showed that,un-der the baseline scenario,resource integration made the largest marginal contribution to collaborative innovation performance,followed by cognitive integration,whereas governance integration had a short-term suppressing effect.Across alternative scenarios,financial support and knowledge collaboration had significantly stronger positive effects on performance than talent support,and the impact of dynamic ca-pability was greater than that of contractual governance.These findings indicate that the performance of collaborative innovation teams depends on the synergistic functioning of resource,governance,and cog-nitive integration.Accordingly,knowledge collaboration should serve as the core driver for optimizing resource allocation.Dynamic capability building should be prioritized within governance mechanisms,and both relational embeddedness and collaborative trust should be strengthened to enhance the cooper-ative effectiveness of innovation consortia.关键词
