数字创新驱动新质生产力涌现的机制与路径研究
Research on the Mechanism and Path of Digital Innovation Driving the Emergence of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
Since its introduction,new quality productive forces have drawn widespread social attention.The rapid development of digital innovation has provided practical conditions for the emergence of new quality productive forces and become a crucial driver for accelerating their development.From the perspective of productive forces theory,new quality productive forces and digital innovation have a coupling relationship in laborers,objects of labor,and means of labor.Under the influence of digital innovation,new quality productive forces have undergone changes in labor subjects,tools,objects,production effects,and the productive forces themselves.Meanwhile,digital innovation's boost to new quality productive forces has triggered spillover effects in international,market,industrial,talent,resource,and innovation output aspects.To address the complex relationship between the two and the urgent need to develop new quality productive forces at different levels,a logical framework for digital-innovation-driven emergence of new quality productive forces is constructed following the research approach of"coupling relationship-emergence form-emergence effect-realization path".The framework proposes that with an innovation system as the safeguard,guided by the collaborative creation of the government and the market,industrial transformation as the goal,and deep digital innovation in enterprises as the key point,diverse entities should jointly promote the realization of new quality productive forces.This aims to enrich the theoretical connotation of new quality productive forces and provide a digital guidance tool for cultivating and promoting their emergence in China.关键词
