科创平台赋能创新链与产业链深度融合:内在机制、制约因素与实现路径

Abstract
The deep integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain is a crucial measure to achieve high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology.As a link between supply and demand in the multilateral market,Sci-Tech innovation(STI)platforms provide a practical solution to facilitate the integration of the"dual-chain".The internal mechanism of the STI platform empowering"dual-chain"integration is studied,that is,demand alignment and fundamental research breakthrough,technology transfer and industrial chain synergy,ecosystem construction and global leap.Drawing on the practice of the Yangtze River Delta on the constraints hindering the integration of the"dual-chain",a four-dimensional integration path is proposed to build a synergistic operation mechanism,strengthen the network agglomeration effect,optimize the allocation of factors and improve the policy system.Positioning the STI platform as a network hub for"dual-chain"integration not only enriches the theoretical boundaries of"dual-chain"integrated development and platform operation and governance but also provides a new practical paradigm of"platform empowerment"for government and enterprise.关键词
