时间营养学视角下食管癌放疗病人昼夜节律饮食护理方案设计与应用
Design and application of circadian diet nursing scheme for patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy from the perspective of temporal nutrition

Abstract
Objective:To design a set of dietary nursing plan for patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy based on circadian rhythm from the perspective of temporal nutrition,and to explore its application effect.Methods:A total of 150 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were included in the study.The subjects were equally divided into the control group(n=75)and the observation group(n=75)by the random number table method.The patients in control group received routine diet nursing on the basis of routine nursing.On the basis of the diet nursing in control group,the patients in observation group received the circadian diet nursing program for patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy from the perspective of chrononutrition,with observation for 1 month.The quality of life(QOL),nutritional indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the score of the dimension 1 in the EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)decreased in both groups,was lower in the observation group than that in the control group;the dimension 2 score increased,was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of body mass index(BMI),transferrin(TRF),albumin(ALB),and serum total protein(TP)in both groups increased,and was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression,radiation esophagitis,radiation dermatitis,and digestive tract reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:From the perspective of chrononutrition,circadian diet nursing could effectively improve the QOL and nutritional status of patients undergoing esophageal cancer radiotherapy and reduce the incidence of related adverse reactions,demonstrating good practicability for patients with esophageal cancer.关键词
