How Digital Technology Empowers the High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises:The Mediating Effect of Data Sharing and Resource Sharing

Abstract
The highquality development of private enterprises is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's economy.Against the backdrop of the digital economy,giving full play to the key role of digital technology empowerment is essential for promoting the high-quality development of private enterprises.However,private enterprises face many"innate disadvantages"in the development process,which seriously restrict the effective empowerment of digital technology and affect the high-quality development of private enterprises.In response to this,this paper takes private enterprises as the research object and conducts an in-depth analysis of how digital technology drives the high-quality development of private enterprises by optimizing resource allocation,enhancing their innovation capabilities,openness capabilities,and growth performance.Empirical studies show that the application of digital technology has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of private enterprises.In terms of the mechanism of action,the application of digital technology mainly exerts a positive and significant promoting effect on the high-quality development of private enterprises through data sharing and resource sharing.This study verifies the empowering effect of digital technology application on the high-quality development of private enterprises,and provides important references for the formulation of digital technology policies in China and the strategic decision-making of enterprises regarding digital technology application.关键词
