深度融合视域下地方出版业高质量发展路径研究
High-Quality Development Pathways for Local Publishing Industry from the Perspective of Deep Integration:A Case Study of Liaoning Province

Abstract
Under the dual influence of policy guidance and market-driven forces,the integrated development of the publishing industry has evolved from the early-stage superposition of"technology+content"to a systematic reconstruction of content production,dissemination,consumption,and services.In this transition,the industry has continuously sought a dynamic balance between"breaking boundaries"and"depth-oriented cultivation".As an important component of the cultural industry,the local publishing sector not only drives the development of related regional industries-such as printing,distribution,cultural tourism,digital content services,and creative design-but also plays a critical role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of cultural creativity.This paper focuses on local practices of high-quality development in the publishing industry.Taking Liaoning Province as a case study,it systematically elaborates the multidimensional empowerment value of deep integration on the development of local publishing.Specifically,it examines how deep integration reshapes supply-side content systems,enhances brand influence and audience reach,expands service functions and application scenarios,and improves the resilience and sustainability of industrial development through technology-enabled upgrading and ecosystem-based collaboration.Moreover,this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the major challenges currently faced by the province in advancing deep integration,including constraints related to institutional mechanisms,market competitiveness,innovation capacity,talent structure,digital infrastructure,data governance,and cross-sector coordination.On this basis,and in light of regional resource endowments and development realities,this paper systematically proposes practical pathways for promoting the deep integration of publishing industry in Liaoning Province.These including:leveraging policy support as a traction mechanism to optimize the industrial innovation ecosystem,improve supportive institutions,and strengthen guidance for factor aggregation and platform construction;taking content development as the fundamental basis to carry out full-industry-chain development of premium publishing,from topic planning and editorial production to marketing,distribution,and IP extension;using coordinated development as a support to build a new pattern of cross-boundary integration,promoting partnerships among publishing houses,media platforms,cultural institutions,technology enterprises,and educational organizations;and activating data as an engine to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the entire publishing chain,enabling refined user services,intelligent distribution,and data-driven decision-making.These measures aim to continuously optimize industrial ecology,strengthen technological empowerment,and accelerate the construction of a modern publishing industry system with distinctive characteristics and a well-developed structure,thereby providing both theoretical insights and practical guidance for the deep integration development of publishing in Liaoning Province and other comparable regions.关键词
