人参茎叶及其提取物在生猪养殖中的应用现状与展望
Application status and prospect of ginseng stem and leaf and its extract in pig breeding
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,with the implementation of global'antibiotic restriction'and'antibiotic ban'policies,the search for safe and efficient alternatives to antibiotics has gradually become a hot topic in industry research.Chinese herbal additives,as a natural,green,safe and efficient feed additive,have the advantages of no antibiotic resistance,low residues,low toxic side effects,and low environmental pollution.The stems and leaves of ginseng,as by-products of ginseng cultivation,are rich in active components such as ginsenosides,polysaccharides,amino acids,and flavonoids.They show potential in promoting growth,enhancing the body's immunity,improving antioxidant capacity,and improving intestinal health in livestock breeding.This article elaborates on the active components of ginseng stems and leaves and their applications in pig breeding,analyzes the existing problems in current research,and looks forward to its future development direction,with the aim of providing a reference for further promoting the widespread application of ginseng stems and leaves in pig breeding.关键词
