混合动力专用发动机曲轴扭转疲劳强度分析
Analysis of Torsional Fatigue Strength of Crankshafts for Hybrid-Specific Engines

Abstract
A four-cylinder hybrid-specific engine crankshaft was selected as the research object.Through finite element simulation and torsional fatigue strength testing,combined with test data and stress-strain information under static and dynamic conditions,a stress analysis model was established.The stress distribution characteristics under various conditions were analysed.It is found that stress is positively correlated with load amplitude and frequency.Under a strain rate of 5.15 s-1,the stress level under dynamic conditions is lower than that under static conditions.When the stress amplitude of the crankshaft is far below the fatigue limit and external factors are neglected,it theoretically falls within the infinite life range.Considering the impact of machining on stiffness,after error correction of the test data,all measurement point errors were controlled within 10%,verifying that the experimental model is highly reliable.关键词
