南京市入侵福寿螺的物种鉴定与遗传多样性分析
Species Identification and Genetic Diversity of Invasive Pomacea spp.in Nanjing City

Abstract
The genus Pomacea includes multiple species,with Pomacea canaliculata and P.maculata being morphologically similar and highly invasive.To identify Pomacea species and assess their genetic diversity in Nanjing City,the study analyzed 114 adult snails and 34 egg mass samples collected from rivers and park waters across 9 districts based on mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI)gene sequences and nuclear EF1α genotyping.All samples collected in Nanjing were identified as either P.canaliculata or P.maculata,with P.canaliculata being the predominant species.No occurrence of P.occulata was detected.Nuclear gene EF1α genotyping revealed hybrid individuals between P.canaliculata and P.maculata in Nanjing,which constituted 24.56%of the total sampled individuals.These findings provide essential baseline data for risk assessment and targeted management strategies against Pomacea invasions in Nanjing.关键词
