四黄止痢纳米乳鸡口服给药途径的药代动力学特征
Pharmacokinetic characteristics of the oral administration route of Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion in chickens

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the main components absorbed by chickens after oral administration of the Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion and their pharmacokinetic characteristics.Adult Zhuanghe Dagu chickens were intragastrically administered 600 mg/kg of the Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion.The main active components of the Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion in chicken plasma were determined and detected using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug components were analyzed and detected using DAS 2.0 software.The results showed that the main active components of the Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion in the plasma of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens were baicalin and emodin,and they exhibited a first-order absorption two-compartment model in the chicken body.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of baicalin in the chicken body were:The total area under the plasma concentration-time(C-T)curve(AUC0-∞)was 527.37 mg/(L·h),the terminal elimination half-life(t1/2β)was 6.62 h,the first peak time(T1max)was 2.00 h,the second peak time(T2max)was 8.00 hours,the first peak concentration(C1max)was 73.44 mg/L,and the second peak concentration(C2max)was 30.46 mg/L.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of emodin in the chicken body were:AUC0-∞ was 499.23 mg/(L·h),t1/2β was 5.75 h,T1max was 3.00 h,T2max was 8.00 h,C1max was 56.88 mg/L,and C2max was 34.08 mg/L.The study demonstrated that the main active components in the plasma of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens after oral administration of the Sihuang Zhili nanoemulsion were baicalin and emodin,and both exhibited rapid peak formation and rapid clearance pharmacokinetic characteristics in the chicken body.关键词
