Abstract
The research aims to establish a scientific and effective method for determining the content of ampicillin soluble powder and ampicillin sodium soluble powder.The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)gradient elution method was adopted,based on the quality standard for injectable ampicillin.The mobile phase A was 12%acetic acid solution-0.2 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile-water(0.5:50.0:50.0:900.0);the mobile phase B was 12%acetic acid solution-0.2 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile-water(0.5:50.0:400.0:550.0).The maximum absorption wavelength and different chromatographic columns,column temperature,flow rate,etc.were explored.The results showed that this method has good precision,stability,and repeatability.The relative standard deviation(RSD value)is≤0.6%,the linear correlation coefficient(R2)is 1,and the recovery rate is 97.52%to 101.15%.The study indicates that the established method in the experiment can achieve effective separation of ampicillin and cefradine,and standardizes the content determination methods for ampicillin and its preparations.关键词
