机器学习在农经领域研究中的应用前景
The Application Prospects of Machine Learning in Agricultural Economics Research:Taking Grain as an Example

Abstract
As a core technology of artificial intelligence,machine learning has demonstrated vast application potential in agricultural economic research due to its robust data processing and model-building capabilities.This paper takes grain research as its starting point to examine the current state of machine learning applications in the grain sector,identify existing challenges,and outline future devel-opment directions.The study finds that machine learning has been applied in areas such as grain price and yield forecasting,production risk assessment,food consumption behavior,nutrition and health,and loss reduction,and has significantly enhanced prediction accuracy and analytical efficiency.However,current research still faces challenges such as narrow research topic,limited application scenarios,insuf-ficient interdisciplinary integration,and weak theoretical innovation.Future efforts should focus on pro-moting the deep integration of machine learning with traditional econometric methods,expanding its role in analyzing unstructured data and complex systems,strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration,and supporting the development of localized theoretical frameworks.These efforts will better serve to ensure national food security and build a diversified food supply system by providing more precise and intelli-gent decision-making support.关键词
