Synchronous Advancement of Integrated Urban-Rural Development and Coordinated Regional Development:Multiple Logics,Key Issues,and Policy Strategies

Abstract
Based on clarifying the linkage mechanism between integrated urban-rural development and coordinated regional development,this article systematically examines multiple logics,operational mechanisms and practical predicaments of promoting integrated urban-rural development and coordina-ted regional development,and proposes several policy strategies for reference.Research shows that the synchronous advancement of integrated urban-rural development and coordinated regional development is not only inherent in the long-term evolution process of urban-rural and regional relations in China,but also has profound theoretical connotation and practical value logic.The synchronous advancement of integrated urban-rural development and coordinated regional development not only requires the market mechanism to provide continuous impetus,but also relies on the government's planning or policy design to offer guarantee mechanisms.However,it also faces many constraints such as the Matthew effect and boundary constraints.To achieve the synchronous advancement of integrated urban-rural development and coordinated regional development,efforts should be made in multiple aspects such as the innovation of institutional and mechanism,improvement of public services,and regional institutional authorization,so as to build an urban-rural and regional development system that highlights advantages and features coordinated interaction.关键词
