农业社会化服务何以促进农户减排固碳行为响应
How Do Agricultural Socialized Services Promote Farmers' Behavior of Emission Reduction and Carbon Sequestration:A Transaction Cost Perspective

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the continued advancement of the"dual carbon"goals,clarifying the mechanism by which participation in agricultural socialized services affects farmers' be-havioral responses to emission reduction and carbon sequestration(ERCS)is a vital prerequisite for a-chieving the coordinated advancement of low-carbon agricultural development and scaled service-based operations.Drawing on the theory of transaction costs,this paper empirically examines the impact and mechanisms of agricultural socialized service participation on farmers' ERCS behavioral responses,using survey data from 1,687 wheat farmers in Gansu Province collected in 2021 and 2023.The findings are follows:(1)The average response rates of farmers to four representative ERCS practices-energy-saving planting,farmland carbon sequestration,energy-efficient mechanization,and renewable energy substitution-are 24.91％,64.88％,22.26％,and 30.27％,respectively.(2)Participation in agricultural socialized services significantly enhances ERCS behavioral responses,with adopters exhibi-ting 12.19％-12.68％higher response rates than non-adopters.(3)The enhancement of the strength of specific social network ties,rather than general network connections,serves as a key mechanism through which services influence ERCS behaviors.(4)Land tenure confirmation reinforces the positive impact of agricultural socialized service participation on farmers' responses to emission reduction and carbon sequestration behaviors.This paper offers policy insights into promoting the high-quality devel-opment of agricultural socialized services and advancing ERCS outcomes in rural areas.关键词
