CRP/ALB、GDF-15和IL-37在结直肠癌病人中的表达及其预后价值
Expression levels and prognostic value of C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio,growth differentiation factor-15,and interleukin-37 in patients with colorectal cance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels and prognostic value of C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio(CRP/ALB),growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),and interleukin-37(IL-37)in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 400 patients with colorectal cancer,100 patients with benign colorectal lesions,and 100 healthy individuals who attended our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled,and CRP/ALB,GDF-15,and IL-37 were compared between the three groups and were analyzed in terms of their association with clinical features and prognosis.The receiver operating characteris-tic(ROC)curve and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)were used to assess their value in predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer.Results There were significant differences in the levels of CRP/ALB,GDF-15,and IL-37 between the three groups(F=276.244-1 367.267,P＜0.05).The colorectal cancer group had the highest levels of CRP/ALB and GDF-15,followed by the benign colorectal lesion group and the healthy control group(P＜0.05),while the colorectal cancer group had the lowest level of IL-37,followed by the benign colorectal lesion group and the healthy control group(P＜0.05).Clinical stages Ⅲ-Ⅵ,distant me-tastasis,lymph node metastasis,CRP/ALB,GDF-15,and IL-37 were independent influencing factors for the prognosis of colorec-tal cancer patients(P＜0.05).The combination of CRP/ALB,GDF-15,and IL-37 had an AUC of 0.985 in predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer.Conclusion CRP/ALB and GDF-15 are highly expressed in the serum of colorectal cancer patients,while IL-37 is lowly expressed in such patients.All three indicators are influencing factors for prognosis and survival and are closely asso-ciated with pathological features.The combination of the three indicators can be used as an effective way to predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.关键词
