Research advances in SGLT2i for the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction in non-diabetic patients
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor(SGLT2i),as a new type of oral antidiabetic drugs with a cardioprotective effect independent of the glucose-lowering effect,has attracted wide attention for its potential application in car-diovascular diseases in non-diabetic patients.This article mainly reviews the pharmacological action and cardioprotective mechanism of SGLT2i and its application in heart failure after myocardial infarction in non-diabetic patients.关键词
