摘要

Abstract

To explore the application path of sensory engineering in the design of home fitness equipment.Taking the design of household fitness equipment as an example,a design system based on sensory engineering is constructed,and the design process and means based on the theory of sensory engineering are systematically explained.Based on the product positioning,typical samples are screened and key emotional words are extracted by comprehensively using methods such as market research and user interviews.The semantic difference method is adopted to quantify users'emotional cognition of home fitness equipment and obtain the quantitative data of emotional words of typical samples.Factor analysis and principal component analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS software to generate common factor variance plots,explained total variance plots,gravel plots and component matrix plots,determine the core perceptual vocabulary,and guide the design of home fitness equipment.Based on sensory engineering,two core sensory words influencing the design of home fitness equipment,namely"interesting"and"multi-functional",were extracted,and a design scheme for a home boxing machine was proposed.Home fitness equipment designed based on sensory engineering effectively meets users'emotional and functional needs,providing a scientific basis and practical reference for the innovative design and optimization upgrade of home fitness equipment.
