舔砖压机液压系统仿真研究

Abstract
Aiming to meet the demands of nutritional management of cattle and sheep breeding,specifically regarding the compaction density and uniformity of density distribution in lick blocks,this study focuses on a 200-ton press.A multi-cylinder hydraulic drive system featuring two-way floating pressing is designed to enhance the press's uniform compaction effectiveness.The hydraulic system design was completed and modeled using AMESim simulation.The dynamic characteristics such as displacement,speed,pressure and flow of each hydraulic cylinder during the full-cycle operation of the floating pressing and multi-cylinder transmission system were analyzed.关键词
