摘要
Abstract
A multifunctional laundry detergent with long-lasting antibacterial and odor-removal properties was developed by incorporating deodorizing enzymes and antibacterial agents into the formulation. The product was systematically evaluated through long-lasting antibacterial testing,Moraxella osloensis inhibition assays,GC-FID deodorization analysis, towel deodorization testing, national standard stain-removal testing, scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation, and stubborn stain removal performance assessments. The results demonstrated that the addition of the antibacterial agent HP-100 imparted long-lasting antibacterial activity, which increased with higher agent concentrations.Deodorizing enzymes effectively suppressed the growth of Moraxella osloensis,a key odor-causing microorganism. Both GC-FID analysis and towel deodorization tests confirmed significant odor-removal performance, with efficacy positively correlated with enzyme concentration. The detergent met the stain-removal requirements of the national standard GB/T 13174.SEM analysis revealed distinct differences in fabric fiber morphology before and after washing;post-wash fibers showed no detectable residues or contaminants and exhibited a uniform, clean surface structure.Furthermore, performance testing against 16 common stubborn stains demonstrated excellent removal efficacy.Notably, the synergistic interaction between the antibacterial agent and deodorizing enzymes enhanced odor-removal performance compared with enzyme-only formulations, enabling a reduction in enzyme dosage. This synergistic strategy lowers formulation costs, optimizes resource utilization, and provides mutual benefits for both manufacturers and consumers.关键词
